🛍️ Orders & Cancellations

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing begins, we're unable to make changes. Please double-check your order details before confirming.

Will I receive a confirmation email?
Yes! You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is on its way.

My order contains multiple items — will they arrive together?
Not always. Some orders ship in multiple packages depending on product availability and supplier location. You may receive more than one tracking number for a single order.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

How long does processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days. This includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and handoff to the carrier.

How long will delivery take?
Estimated delivery times after processing:
Domestic (US): 5–12 business days
International: 7–25 business days
These are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to customs, carrier disruptions, or high-demand seasons.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes — these are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Note that some international shipments may have limited tracking updates until the package reaches your country.

My tracking hasn't updated in a while — what should I do?
If tracking shows no movement for more than 15 consecutive business days, reach out via our chatbot or email us at info@snouttco.com and we'll investigate with the carrier or supplier.


📦 Returns & Refunds

What is your return window?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

How do I start a return?
The fastest way is to use our chatbot — just click the chat icon on any page. You can also email us at info@snouttco.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without authorization — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In some cases, due to international shipping costs, we may offer a partial refund without requiring the item to be returned.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may require additional time to post the refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Do you offer exchanges?
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please submit a return request and place a new order once approved.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect — what do I do?
Contact us immediately via our chatbot or email info@snouttco.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How do I choose the right size collar or leash?
Measure your pet's neck circumference and add 1–2" for a comfortable, secure fit. Use our size guides on each product page for breed-specific recommendations.

What if the size doesn't fit my pet?
If the item is unused and in original condition, you can return it within 30 days. We recommend measuring carefully before ordering.
