Because many of our products are fulfilled through trusted third-party suppliers and international partners, shipping times may vary. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.
We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. You must provide proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@snouttco.com. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Do not send items back without authorization, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
SHIPPING TIME ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Orders may take 7–25 business days to arrive depending on destination, customs processing, and supplier fulfillment timelines. These delivery windows are estimates and not guaranteed.
Refunds will not be issued due to shipping delays unless the order exceeds 45 business days from the shipping confirmation date and tracking shows no delivery progress.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
MISSING OR LOST PACKAGES
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly first. If the carrier confirms the package is lost in transit, contact us and we will assist with a replacement or refund.
If tracking shows no movement for more than 15 consecutive business days, contact us and we will investigate with the supplier.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items are non-returnable including but not limited to:
Personal care items, pet hygiene products, clearance items, custom products, and gift cards.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please submit a return request and place a new order once approved.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected by the supplier, we will notify you of approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after processing. Banking institutions may require additional time to post the refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
In some cases, due to international shipping costs, we may offer a partial refund without requiring the item to be returned.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing begins, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
