Thank you for shopping with Snoutt & Co. We work with trusted domestic and international fulfillment partners to deliver your orders efficiently and securely. Please review this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days. Processing includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and handoff to the shipping carrier. Processing times may increase during high-volume periods or holidays.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated delivery times vary based on destination, supplier location, customs processing, and carrier performance.
Typical delivery estimates:
Domestic orders: 5–12 business days
International orders: 7–25 business days
These delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Tracking numbers are provided once available. Some international shipments may experience limited tracking updates until the package reaches the destination country.
DELAYS
Shipping delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or high-demand seasons. Snoutt & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
If tracking shows no movement for more than 15 consecutive business days, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier or supplier.
If an order has not arrived within 45 business days from the shipping confirmation date, you may contact us to request a resolution in accordance with our Refund Policy.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If tracking confirms delivery but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If the carrier confirms the package is lost in transit, contact us and we will assist with a replacement or refund based on our Refund Policy.
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing due to theft or misplacement.
MULTIPLE PACKAGES
Some orders may ship in multiple packages depending on supplier location and product availability. You may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.
ADDRESS CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Address changes and order cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing an order. Once processing begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
